How to Activate Your Warranty

 

To begin your 2-year warranty, you must register your watch online within 30 days of purchase:

 

1. Visit our Warranty Registration page.

2. Fill in your full name and the unique watch number found on your warranty card.

3. Submit the form to activate coverage.

 

Once your watch is registered, your warranty is officially in effect for 24 months from that date.

 

 

What the Warranty Covers

 

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

 

• The watch movement

• Hands and dial components

• Any fault in materials or workmanship under normal use

 

If a valid issue arises during the warranty period, we’ll repair your watch free of charge, or replace it if necessary.

 

 

What the Warranty Does NotvCover

 

• Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, water damage if not water-resistant)

• Battery, strap, crystal, or cosmetic damage

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Loss or theft

 

 

Claiming a Warranty Repair

 

If you experience a fault and your watch is registered, simply contact us via the form across:

• Proof of purchase (if available)
